Each Topics will be given 10 minutes for question and moderator follow up
if necessary - Each Candidate will be given 1 minute to answer question 30 second rebutal.
Breakdown - Moderator has 1 minute to ask or repeat each question
Candidate has 1 minute to answer each question and 30 seconds for 1 response rebutal per question after
